What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are:

Monday: Closed
Tuesday – Friday: 10am – 1pm, 2pm – 5pm
Saturday: 10-5
Sunday: Closed

Can I bring my dog in the shop?

We are so dog friendly, that if it were possible for the dogs to come in and do their own shopping without the humans then we would!

We have scales in store so you can bring them in for a free weigh, a free tripe stick treat for each dog that comes up, as well as an unlimited amount of snuggles and tummy rubs for them.

Covid FAQ's

What Covid safety do you have in place in store?

-We have a sanitising point just inside the door on the right, so please sanitise your hands on the way in and out of the shop.
-Staff will be wearing a face covering, and customers are required to as well (unless exempt).
-We have a screen up in front of the till.
-There are 2m floor stickers in place if needing to queue.
-We regularly wipe down touch points throughout the day
-Baskets are wiped down between customers
-Any returns are wiped down and quarantined for 72 hours before going back on display

How many people can be in store?

As we’re quite a small shop, there isn’t a lot of room so we’ve limited it to just 2 people in at a time, in addition to staff members.

If there are already 2 customers in store when you arrive, please wait outside until you can enter. Please remember to keep a 2m distance whilst queueing as well, and to not block the doorway for customers to exit.

Do I need to wear a mask in store?

Unless you are exempt, then we do require face coverings to be worn in store please.

If you have forgotten your mask, just give us a shout when you’re outside as we have some behind the till (We’ve all been there where we think we have one in our pocket, and then you get that sinking feeling when you realise it’s in your other trousers. Which are at home. In the washing machine…)

Postage & Delivery FAQ's

My order hasn’t arrived yet, and my dog is acting like he’s never been fed, please help!

Due to the current situation, there can unfortunately be some delays with the couriers. If your order hasn’t arrived within 3 days of it being sent with a courier, please contact us and we can contact the courier.

It can take us a couple of working days to pack and send your ordering, depending on when it was placed (orders after 3pm on a Saturday will be done when we reopen on a Tuesday, for example) so please bear this in mind when calculating delivery days.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, and the courier doesn’t have any tracking info, then we can either resend the item where possible, or offer a refund.

How do I click and collect?

At the checkout, there will be a shipping option called ‘Collection from store’. Tick that box, and pop a note in the order comments on the checkout page with when you’ll be in to collect, and we’ll have your order ready for you! There is no minimum spend required for click and collect. Same day click and collect is possible on orders placed before 3pm.

When do you deliver?

Local deliveries will be on Tuesday and Friday evenings, after the store closes. Please make sure you leave a comment in the order notes box on the checkout with a safe place for us to leave your order if you aren’t in to accept it.



How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on all orders over £20 within a 15 mile radius from the store (NP4 6LR).

How much is postage?

Postage is free on orders over £30. For any orders £29.99 and under, there is a £4 postage charge.
